1. WHO ARE WE?
We are a new up & coming fashion label from Melbourne, Australia.

2. WHAT DO WE DO?
We create very unique, creative and innovative all over printed designs on shirts, tshirts, sweatshirts (jumpers), hoodies and more.

3. HOW DO WE DO IT?
We produce our items with an extremely soft garment using HD Photographic Printing Technology. The image is printed onto the garment before the sewing process. Every item is carefully handmade.

4. WHY IS IT AMAZING?
The result of this slow and (sort of) long process is an amazing product with bright and vivid colours, which will NEVER FADE, crease free fabric, long life lasting, light and very but very unique.

5. HOW DOES THE SALE PROCESS WORK?
To allow us to have a large variety of items available for you, every item is made to order, meaning, we only make your item after you have bought it. So it can take up to 3 weeks until your item is ready to be dispatched. We try to keep a small stock for popular items, in this case your will shipped within 48 hours.
To help us know which designs we should have in stock, favourite the ones you love the most! Your feedback means a lot.

6. DO WE DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes we do! We custom make your designs, you send us a high resolution photo, and we turn it into an amazing product.


6.1. HOW DOES IT WORK?

To guarantee the HD printing quality of your item, your image will have to be 1200 x 1200 pixels, at least.

We will play around with it and get back to you ASAP.
We will need about 21 business days to have your design ready for shipment. 
Shipping time 3-14 business days.
We do creative designs for creative people.


7. HOW DO YOU KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
Items in stock will be listed in the section "Ready to Ship" and will be stated in the "Item Details" section of each product.

8. HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
15 to 30 days after your purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and your item's status will become "SHIPPED".

9. DO YOU GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Domestic orders automatically receive Tracking number with no extra cost (Australia). For international orders a $5 / $10 fee will be applied, depending on your location. Shipping costs can be estimated on the Cart page.

10. WHY DON'T YOU GET TRACKING NUMBER IF OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?
Well, Australia is pretty damn far from the rest of the world, which reflects directly in our delivery fees. It gets pretty pricy to provide international tracking number.

11. HOW DO YOU CONTACT THE SHOP?
To contact us follow the link below our logo on the right hand side menu in the store's front page.

12. CAN YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM?

Of course you can! We understand that sometimes it is difficult to choose the right item online and it is ok to change your mind! We will give you 90 days; from the day you received your order, to return your item! Item will need to have all original labels and original tags attached to it.

Before returning your product, please contact us at info@yoprnt.com to request a return. In the email, please include your order number in the subject line and let us know why you are returning the item. Also, if you would like to exchange your item, please let us know what product you would like to receive. We will send you an email, providing you with the return address. We will let you know once we have received your item. Your refund (if applicable) will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the item. Any refund will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, used to place the original order. We will let you know once the refund is issued.

Your exchange (if applicable) will be sent to you within 5 business days if in stock. If not in stock, we will start producing the item as soon as we receive your return, it can take up to 21 business days, and we will let you know once the item is ready. You pay to send the item back to us and we will pay to send it back to you!

The 90 days return policy does NOT apply to Custom Made items, these can only be returned if the item: a) Is faulty or not to our high quality standards through no fault of the customer or b) Does not match the sample or description.

We do our best to always have enough material for every order but it is not certain that we won't stay a little behind sometimes. But if we do, we will let you know ASAP, our philosophy is never leave the customer in the dark. It's simple, if you are happy, we are happy too!
